- If the exchange item costs more, you must pay the difference.
- If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the remaining balance.
- Exchange items will be sent after the returned product has been received and reviewed.
Fees & Return Process
- A 15% restocking and processing fee may apply to cover inspection, processing, and repackaging costs.
- We do not offer prepaid return labels.
- Customers are responsible for purchasing return shipping and sending the product back to us.
