Order Cancellation
Please be aware that once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel it because the order begins processing shortly after it is submitted.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may contact our support team after receiving your order to start the return process. Once your returned order is received and reviewed, we can process a refund according to our return policy.
Priority + Insured Shipping
If you selected Priority + Insured Shipping, you may be eligible to have your order reshipped or refunded if the package is lost in transit.
If you ordered using Free Shipping or Priority Processing, we will reship your package if it is confirmed lost during transit.
Shipping to Multiple Countries
We are proud to offer international shipping services to many countries and regions. However, there may be some locations we are unable to ship to.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you as soon as possible.
We may work with fulfillment partners and warehouses in different regions, including the USA, Asia, the UK, and Australia. Your products will be shipped from the location where stock is available at the time of purchase.
Lost or Missing Packages
Timeless Nova is not liable if an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout.
Please make sure your billing address and shipping address are correct before completing your order.
If we make an error with your order or shipment, we will take responsibility and help resolve the issue at no additional charge to you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply after the items have shipped.
By purchasing our products, you understand that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country or region.

Shipping time varies by location. The following delivery times are estimates:

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
In some cases, tracking information may take time to appear in the carrier system after the package has been shipped.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available at the Moment”
For some shipping companies, it may take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.
If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us for assistance.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was selected.
If your items are shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
